The TAG Heuer Heuer-01 proprietary automatic chronograph calibre is for the first time paired with the Senna design codes. The 45 mm black brushed steel case of the TAG Heuer Carrera Heuer-01 chronograph with some touches of red showcases a skeleton dial. Its sapphire case back allows the Manufacture movement to be admired. The watch is sold for 5550 Euro including VAT.
The two TAG Heuer Formula 1 models, one of which is a chronograph version, are positioned at a much lower price point. Both watches are sold in a 43 mm black steel case, highlighted with touches of red. The dial features three red lines, hinting at the tracks left by a speeding race car.
The TAG Heuer Formula 1 chronograph is powered by a quartz movement accurate to a tenth of a second.
The three watches in this limited edition all display the famous stylised red lacquer “S”, the exclusive Senna symbol, on the dial and bezel.
The watches are available with the iconic bracelet with S-shaped links, normally being used for the Link-models of TAG Heuer. The bracelet was adopted by Ayrton at the height of his achievements. Do you remember the famous pictures of Ayrton wearing these watches? It is both an iconic design and a standard bearer in terms of ergonomics and wearer comfort.
On the TAG Heuer Carrera Heuer-01 chronograph, each link is rounded on the top, bottom and sides for an exceptionally smooth feel on the wrist.
The three sporty and classy watches are reflecting the spirit of the man who featured in the original #DontCrackUnderPressure campaign in 1991.
