In January, at the SIHH 2018, Vacheron Constantin launched its Fiftysix-collection. Clearly inspired by the 1950s and positioned to attract a new and younger clientele. The look and style of the Fiftysix is a direct tribute to the reference 6073, a wristwatch created in 1956.

Last week Jean-Claude Biver celebrated his 69th birthday and already days before I knew that he would announce something not really unexpected for me.
