Montblanc '1858 Chronograph Tachymeter Limited Edition 100'   The 1858 Chronograph Tachymeter is sold for the first time with a retro-vintage dial in salmon-colour featuring a sunray finishing reminiscent of historical Minerva timepieces that had dials of this distinctive colour. Talking to Nicolas Baretzki, the CEO of Montblanc

I recently had the chance to already see all the new Montblanc watches coming in 2018, but unfortunately it is much to early to talk about them and/or to show any pictures.

Meanwhile I can offer you my first interview with Nicolas Baretzki, who took over from Jérôme Lambert, after Jérôme became the new Head of Operations of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA and a member of the Senior Executive Committee earlier this year.

Please allow me to draw your attention to Only Watch 2017

This synergy, under the patronage and support of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, driven by the enthusiasm shown by individuals within the brands and partners, shows a deep wish to help this noble cause. In six editions, Only Watch has raised more than 25 million euros for Association Monégasque contre les Myopathies (Monaco Association against Duchenne muscular dystrophy) helping make significant advances in research over a decade.

Christie’s will be conducting the auction for the first time

Another four brands join the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) in 2018

Good news from Geneva! The Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie continues to grow, while the number of exhibitors at Baselworld has been dramatically declining. The central aisles of the SIHH in Geneva are extended for the arrival of Hermès, while a bigger Carré des Horlogers makes room for DeWitt, Chronométrie Ferdinand Berthoud and Romain Gauthier.
