IWC Tribute to Pallweber Edition “150 Years” (Ref. IW505002) The digital hour and minute display for pocket watches was developed by Austrian watchmaker Josef Pallweber. SIHH 2018: The IWC Schaffhausen Novelties (updated with prices)

IWC, the manufacturer based in Schaffhausen, is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year.

IWC is launching a special Jubilee collection to mark the occasion.

IWC launches 27 new limited-edition watches, 24 of which come from the ‘Portugieser’, ‘Portofino’, ‘Pilot’s Watch’ and ‘Da Vinci’ watch families.

IWC covers everything from masterpieces of Haute Horlogerie with a constant-force tourbillon to watches with a perpetual calendar and classic timepieces with three hands.

IWC also includes a premiere: three wristwatches with the original digital hour and minute display as it appeared on the ‘Pallweber’ pocket watches back in 1884.

I recently already presented some of these watches to you under the headline Pre-SIHH 2018.

Today you will see the entire IWC-SIHH-collection 2018 at a glance …
