“The Art of Watches Grand Exhibition New York 2017” presented by Patek Philippe is open to the public and admission is free.

It is being hosted at Cipriani 42nd Street from July 13 and still open until the 23, 2017, and is the venue’s first event to build a two-story structure.

The 13,000 square foot exhibition is subdivided into 14 spaces for a total of ten themes, each with its own distinctive ambiance.

Today I am very proud to present you pictures from the inside of the exhibition and also some views from 42nd Street standing opposite of the Cipriani Hotel …

If you are in the area of New York and/or you have the time to travel to New York I highly recommend you to visit this exhibition. It is a one of a kind exhibition, something you should NOT miss …

Jean-Claude Biver is no longer the CEO of the LVMH Watchmaking Division

Last week Jean-Claude Biver celebrated his 69th birthday and already days before I knew that he would announce something not really unexpected for me. Jean-Claude has a health issue and needs to take care of himself now. That’s more important than to serve LVMH. He needs time for himself and this is not possible when you are the CEO of the LVMH Watchmaking Division, the CEO of TAG Heuer and if you steer Zenith.

TAG Heuer & Gulf Oil International signed a partnership!

The global partnership with Gulf Oil International will lead to the development of new activities and new watch-editions.  

The first one ist the TAG Heuer Monaco Gulf which was presented on the occasion of the signing of the global partnership.

With the immediately recognisable famous blue and orange stripes, Gulf has been a well-known player in the automotive industry for over 115 years. It was the first company to drill for oil below the sea, and in 1913, became the first in the world to open a petrol station.

TAG Heuer and Gulf have crossed paths already several times, but the most notable was in 1971, in the film “Le Mans”, when Steve McQueen wore a Heuer Monaco on his wrist while driving a Porsche 917 that featured the Gulf logo…
