Planet Ocean 600M Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Chronograph 45.5 mm by Omega
The "Planet Ocean 600M Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Chronograph 45.5 mm" (ref. 18.104.22.168.01.002) is from Omega's "Seamaster" watch family. The Watch features a black dial and is encased in a stainless steel case. This piece is a gentlemen's watch. The round case has a diameter of 45.5mm and is waterproof up to approximately 600 meters water depth (60 bar). The transparent case back allows to admire the movement. As a professional diving instrument, the engineers have included a helium release valve. An unidirectionally rotating bezel helps the diver to keep track of the dive time.
The watch is driven by an automatically winding Omega 9900 mechanical movement with a power reserve of 60 hours and displays for hours, minutes and seconds (small second). With the display for the time in a second time zone, the user can keep track of local and home time while travelling. It has the sporty chronograph (commonly known as a "stopwatch") function to measure the duration of an event. The measured duration can be read with an indicator for the seconds, a 60 minutes indicator for the elapsed minutes and a 12 hours indicator four the elapsed hours. The calendar displays the date. As regulating organ, the movement relies on a co-axial escapement. Other features of the movement: silicon balance spring and resistant to magnetic fields.
