The "Furtif 44mm Skeleton Tourbillon Hand-Engraved Special Edition Rose Gold and Anthracite PVD Titanium" is is from Hysek's "Furtif" collection. Production of the watch is limited to 8 pieces. The Watch features a dial in skeletonized and hand decorated with painted brushed effect and a rose gold and anthracite pvd titanium case. This watch was designed for men. The square case has a width of 51mm, a length of 44mm, a thickness of 14mm and is waterproof up to 3 bar (approximately 30 m water depth). A transparent case back allows to admire the movement.
The watch is driven by a hand-wound HYSEK HW10 mechanical caliber which has a power reserve of 70 hours and displays for hours and minutes. As regulating organ, the caliber has a flying tourbillon which causes the balance wheel and the escapement to rotate slowly. In the days of pocket watches, the tourbillon increased the accuracy of the watch by preventing the minute components from working with or against the gravity for a prolonged period of time. Today, the mechanism mostly serves an aethetic and emotional purpose and is a testament of the manufacturer's watchmaking abilities.
The piece is worn with a black alligator leather strap with a grey pvd titanium folding clasp.
