Connected Watches: Hands-on the Garmin MARQ-Collection

With the first video online about the Garmin MARQ-Collection since 14.03.2019 (https://youtu.be/3pR2zDHqlFc) and the interview I conducted with Brad Trenkle, Garmin VP Outdoors, I started a new section on the WatchAdvisor YouTube channel.

It’s about connected watches.

The first collection of connected watches I can present you a hands-on-video are the five new ones from Garmin belonging to the MARQ collection.

GARMIN MARQ “Driver” (2500 Euro including 19 % VAT)

GARMIN MARQ “Aviator” (1950 Euro including 19 % VAT)

GARMIN MARQ “Captain” (1850 Euro including 19 % VAT)

GARMIN MARQ “Expedition” (1750 Euro including 19 % VAT)

GARMIN MARQ “Athlete” (1500 Euro including 19 % VAT)

Garmin launched itself in a segment of very stylish, high-tech connected watches with an own operating system, compatible with Android and iOS, with a lot of smart functions and a battery life up to 12 days in smart mode (28 hours in GPS sport-mode and 48 hours in ultra trac modus.)

You must know, that a Garmin MARQ is much more than just another fancy tool watch. In fact the next generation of tool-watches. The five Garmin MARQ watches are in terms of design and material used a huge step forward for the company.

In my opinion Garmin has defined a completely new luxurious segment of connected watches. There is a model representing each of the five main pillars of Garmin and they have one big asset in common: The absolute best available GPS-technology.

Please let me know what you think about the Garmin MARQ watches!
